Elizabeth Critchley

English Literature and Creative Writing graduate, with other qualifications in design, philosophy, biology, conservation and social sciences. French/Spanish/English. Experience in the health and social care industry. 

I have worked for 4 years as a self employed support worker. Working alongside various disabilities and challenging behaviours in different settings, such as prisons, hospitals, residential care and nursing homes. 
 

I have also worked as a researcher for biodiversity at the Liverpool Women’s Hospital. 
 

I have experience organising events and catering. Both with catering companies and as student body president in college. 
 

I have worked in restaurants and have experience in not only the kitchen, but also as bar and front of house staff. 
 

I have experience translating for various companies, charities and private contractors. For instance I attended a week long medical conference for the Walking with Giants Foundation in 2019 and translated for a French family. 
 

I also have tutoring experience, from ages 5-18, as well as adults. Subjects such as English, history, French and Spanish. 

I have recently graduated from Edge Hill University with a 2:1 in English Literature and Creative Writing.
