Elizabeth Sampson

I am an undergraduate law and social anthropology student. I am ambitious and driven to expanding my knowledge and skill set. I am new to the concierge industry however with detailed knowledge from other areas of work experience in hospitality such as retail and bar work, I am able to make con to the key attributes of a concierge role. I am a part of other communities such as netball and playing the violin where I express my interest and hobbies.

(Be at One - Liverpool Street) 2022-2023 - Host/ Bartender trainee: direct and first response contact with customers. I made use of booking sites E.g design my night. I resolved customer queries and ensured their satisfaction. 
 

(Jackson SIMS) Currently - Night Concierge: providing excellent services of care and security to residents. Handling parcels from delivery companies. Learning the use of spread sheets, security systems and email formatting. 

I studied A-Level English literature(A) History (C) and Philosophy & Ethics (B) at St Michael’s Roman Catholic College. Following this, I currently study Law and Social Anthropology at the University of Kent.
