• Senior Product Manager for Starbucks Global Retail Experience, designing an upgraded store experience globally including upgraded Retail Payments System, Rewards Strategy, Wifi, and new flow-efficient system of work for baristas using Kanban and Theory of Constraints (ToC).  Handed over a successful relaunch and roadmap of bets that would enable deeper digital transformation, in line with technology enhancements;
• Senior Consultant accountable for major product recovery programmes in the UK public sector, (Head of Product Delivery for NHS Digital Records System, Product Manager for GP-Self Check-In, Senior Product Manager for Cloud and Unified Communications for Department for Work and Pensions), also played a significant agile coaching role to unlock the delivery of a new Scottish government service using GSD standards (MyGov.Scot);
