During my previous roles in hospitality, I refined my customer service skills and developed a strong understanding of the restaurant industry. I enjoy meeting new people from different backgrounds and cultures. I am multilingual and have extensive experience of interacting with guests from all over the globe due to my time working onboard International Cruise ships.  I enjoy the opportunity to blend these skills to creating a warm and exciting experience for clients.  I am always prepared and welcome the opportunity to learn new skills and pursue personal development in my career and all aspects of my life.
