JEWELLERY MANAGER, NORTHERN GOLDSMITHS, NEWCASTLE - 2022 - CURRENT

  • Experience dealing with diamond fine jewellery, semi precious stones, luxury jewellery brands such as Mappin & Webb, FOPE and more. I have also had experience working with high end to luxury timepieces which includes brands like Rolex, Tag, Omega and more.
  • Implementing better stock controlling procedures to ensure that the current stock file is amounted for and correct. Which includes, daily and weekly perpetual inventory counts, checking GIA certificates to ensure all stock matches up, and quality checking all jewellery coming in and out of the showroom.
  • Leading my team to help achieve store targets as well as the breakdown of more specialised targets.
  • Continually supporting the wider showroom and other departments to make sure the showroom runs.
  • Managing team members to ensure store is kept to highest standard at all times.
  • Leading the team to help achieve their own budgets as well as the stores.
  • Maintaining the highest VM standards for shop floor as well as BOH.
  • Weekly Summary Report, focusing on figures vs margin as well as looking at different KPI’s that have positively or negatively impacted trade.
  • Ensure an elevated service experience is delivered to a mix of different clients. Timesheet management.
