Experience

In my current role as a HR Assistant, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of HR processes and procedures. I have successfully supported with a variety of administrative tasks covering areas of HR including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy, and record maintenance on our HRIS, with a particular passion for wellbeing and Equality & Diversity. My keen attention to detail, creativity and organisational skills also allowed me to streamline processes, resulting in increased efficiency within the HR department.
