The role of Tech Onboarding and Pre offer team Lead is responsible for providing high level analytical reporting and project support located within the resourcing team. Key responsibilities include:
Team Management
- Managing the pre offer team consisting of a team of 4 recruitment and 2 emerging talent coordinators.
- Ensuring SLA’s are met by the team by influencing and motivating the team to regularly meet and exceed targets
- Hosting Regular 121 and team meetings to address any issues such as training, absence, performance or development needs.
- Recent successful completion of restructure within the team, including conducting consultations meetings with HR and point of contact for the team.
- Be a point of escalation for the team and cover for team as/when required.
- Management of shared mailbox and delegation of workload to team members.
Onboarding
- Successful implementation of onboarding process for Nationwide new hires.
- Manage, plan and present new hire orientation sessions.
- To be the point of contact for all On Boarding queries and provide guidance where required.
Continuous improvement
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for change delivery teams to ensure every change is aligned to strategy.
- Playing an active role in driving forward change management projects on site.
- Using multiple HR systems on a daily basis to identify further capability development and coaching to ensure information and knowledge is relevant to others members of the wider team.
- To run and participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives to promote ways to work smarter.
Other responsibilities
- Engaging with recruitment business partners on ad hoc projects to support the wider resourcing team such as monthly governance Managed multiple different operational teams within the department whilst being involved.
- Reviewing Customer Satisfaction Scores and collecting data to analyse any root cause issues.
- Running and hosting quarterly team meetings.
