About Emma McNaughton:

I have nearly 5 years experience in early education. In the last 2 years I have gained a great amount of experience working with additional support needs and different ages across the board.

I have worked in two different settings and gained a lot of knowledge through my training and as a fully qualified ECO. I am always eager to learn and expand my portfolio. 

Experience

I have experience with ages between 2-5 year olds, in both strong starts and 3-5s. I have built relationships with children and their families and any additional support teams to give  children the best care.

I have experience working in all areas in a nursery and continue to learn different ways to make it fun and exciting to contribute to their learning.

Education

I did an modern apprenticeship with Perth and Kinross council and have studied my SVQ Level 3 over a duration of 15 months in 2017 at Kinross Primary school. 

When I finished my apprenticeship I ventured to Letham Primary School and have worked there for nearly 3 years.

  I have knowledge in all policies and procedures, working with the Curriculum and Realising the Ambition.
