Which also means role modelling through applied action. I have worked in a variety of high-pressured environments managing varied consumers, activities and people but ensuring excellence in service delivery is at the forefront of my decision-making.

I have 17 years of experience within the hospitality sector and 8 years of experience within an administrative role, using a variety of different computer systems.

I have worked at Cardiff Metropolitan University for the past 7 years, as a Head Chef/ Kitchen Manager. Before that I was a Pastry Chef at the Celtic Manor Resort.
