Experience

During my time within Wincanton/Sodexo, I have been the lead in developing and evolving the training organisation and culture pathway on site, working with and alongside all levels, including management and the people / resourcing team to create effective career plans. I am respected and trusted by my peers to be able to design and deliver complex management courses effectively and within set timescales. I have also been able to develop my own potential and extend my current skills and knowledge.

I have obtained an Award in Education Training Certificate, trained in moving and handling, hold a certified Forklift Counterbalance Licence.

I currently use and manage a LMS (Learning Management System) daily to manage staff/learners, create E-learning and upload learning materials/modules. I assist with talking to learners about apprenticeships and then enrol them once approved, I also have direct contact with the apprenticeship provider to follow their progress and performance, I arrange any training required either internal or externally, and document this accordingly. Carry out enrolments/inductions for new starters. I am easily approachable for any questions and provide support to internal teams and stakeholders on site.

I have experience in Learning & Development as well as Talent & Development.

I feel that I have a lot of experience and knowledge to bring to this role from past Management roles to present. I am a quick learner and very adaptable, enthusiastic, always willing to learn new skills and to progress, MS Package experience specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. I would like to broaden and progress my career and would love to be given the opportunity to do so.
