I have worked as a compliance officer for nearly 3 years in the same agency. duties including: candidate complaints , managing phone calls , writing and responding to emails , dealing with documents such as ensuring the candidate has right to work,correct training for the position applied for and managing excel spreadsheets to keep track of what is due for updates.

I have studied business administration and child care previously.
