My professional experience summary 

• high secure and forensic service : I have extensive experience in Acute Inpatient and Forensic environments, where I lead crisis de-escalation and manage complex risk profiles. I ensure strict adherence to the Mental Health Act while maintaining a therapeutic environment in high-pressure, restrictive settings.

• Specialist CAMHS :  My work within CAMHS involves assessing and supporting young people with complex needs, including ADHD and emotional dysregulation. I am adept at medication monitoring and implementing family-centred care pathways that focus on early intervention and long-term resilience.

• older persons care : I have good experience in dementia and balancing psychiatric needs with physical comorbidities. I am highly proficient in applying the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) to ensure ethical, dignified care for older adults
