I have always worked in the tourism and hospitality field more than 15 years.

 I started out covering all the various positions within hotels and gradually worked my way up to become a hotel and restaurant manager. 

For 7 years I was also involved in staff recruitment and training where I had the opportunity to deal with candidates of all ages and backgrounds.
I have a great passion for the hospitality, tourism and restaurant industry. I believe it is important to give impeccable service to the customer who should not only have a vacation but a true experience.
I have traveled extensively, including working in Hong Kong for a small start up and lived 3 months in Hoi An where I worked with an event and wedding agency.
I currently run a travel website and blog where I write content and give information about places, restaurants and hotels where I have lived or stayed.

I began my studies in the fashion industry graduating as a Fashion Design. Having begun a managerial career in hospitality, I took various courses as I built my career by gaining experience in the field.
