Eriola Ramaj

I am a full time student of Psychology Bsc hons and a parent with work experience and knowledge in travel, tourism, recruitment, charity work, parenting support, teens emotional support, mental health, and immigration. I speak native Albanian language, fluently Italian and English as second languages. I am disciplined, passionate and motivated naturally. I love working with people establishing positive communication as it allows me to build lasting relationships and forming emotional connections and sharing things together which helps with well-being and the feeling fulfilled. I am a sporty person and have a weekly established routine that I have dedicated to keeping physically fit and  healthy. I am naturally caring as a person and empathise with everyone around me by encouraging positive conversations and support. This has helped me build a reputation with friends, employers and customers or clients in the present and the past. They always felt looked after, payed attention and patiently  heard. I am easily approachable and understand people's needs in depth. I make people feel relaxed and not judged. I establish trust with my problem solving skills and thinking out of the box. I am socially and professionally outgoing and not scared to be myself. I have a great sense of purpose which makes me responsible, executing excellently my job duties meeting deadlines, achieving goals and being organised and motivated.
