• I speak 3 languages: Bengali, Spanish and English. In my previous volunteering customer service role (6 months), my linguistic background helped me communicate with customers who had a language barrier. This provided a sense of inclusivenes to customers with different linguistic backgrounds thereby attracting these customers and enriching the store's environment with diversity. Hopefully, if I am successful in this role, I can bring this trait to your store too!

• Furthermore, my language skills have also enhanced my communication skills. As I was learning Spanish, the slightest change of wording created an improper tone in my speech. Thus, I worked on this art of "proper wording" to create a professional tone in my speech. 

• That's another fact about me, I interact with my environment professionally, joyfully and passionately. My professionalism ensures that the environment is constantly up to standard, my passion is derived from a motivation to do the best job that I can do, my joy comes from the desire of setting a positive atmosphere so that customers want to come back for more lovely items.
