About Janette Dumble:
I have worked in customer focused roles during most of my career and have had great satisfaction through meeting customer requirements whilst achieving successful service for the companies I have worked for.
I am currently working as a part time book keeper and company secretary for my husbands business. This work only involves approximately 8 to 10 hours hours work a week (with hours being truly flexible and able to fit around other opportunities). I am left with so much more time and passion to take on additional work.
Prior to assisting in the start up and book keeping for my husbands business I worked with people as a self employed emotional well-being therapist, helping people to feel healthy and strong emotionally and able to take on life challenges. I assisted people using talk therapies including counselling, hypnotherapy as well as many other wellbeing support tools.
I have worked within IT for 20+ years with main focus on customer experience and helping customer in understanding new IT services and technology that were being delivered. Providing customers with training and support.
Throughout my life I have enjoyed working part time in local bars as a bar tender whilst working full time for 7+ years. Enjoying serving drinks, keeping the bar clean and tidy and ensuring customers were kept with full glasses and cheer.
Front facing customer roles have suited my personality and work ethic, with this being the aspect of company secretary work that I currently miss due to the insular nature of the work I do.
At this junction I am looking to work part time, preferably up to approximately 25 hrs a week in a customer facing role.
This would work very well with alongside my current part time, flexible hour (approx 8 to 10 hours per week) book keeping role.
I am reliable, with a great work ethic and superb attention to detail with lots to offer due to my maturity and openness and ability to work well with team members and managers.
Experience

2008- 2017 Emotional wellbeing therapist, assisting people through talk therapies including counselling and hypnotherapy as well as many other wellbeing support tools
Standard life for 16 years in IT customer support - assisting customers with understanding new computer systems being introduced through training, documentation and support. Translating computer speak into plain English
Education
Left school with 6 o grades, English, maths, arithmetic, physics, chemistry and history
further education at West Lothian college in computer studies
