During my time at a leading UK garden centre, I excelled in diverse marketing responsibilities and demonstrated exceptional relationship-building skills. I managed ticket structures and uploads, generating accurate and up-to-date information for a seamless customer experience. Regular reports on social media accounts and event sales were generated to drive growth and understanding.
I also handled the creation and management of paid advertisements within designated budgets, working closely with an outside agency for Google paid adverts. Utilizing my understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO), I created engaging blog content across various topics to meet SEO requirements. Additionally, I assisted with website updates and streamlined the consumer journey.
