My role involves onboarding new customers, ensuring compliance with KYC regulations, driving digital channel utilization, and providing financial advice. Previously, as a Customer Service Officer at Ecobank, I managed general inquiries, complaints, and card services, enhancing customer satisfaction. My earlier role as a Direct Sales Executive at Barclays Bank involved acquiring new customers, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and D365, and hold certifications in Scrum Master, Business Analysis, and Project Management.
