I have elven years of experience in marketing communications and research. I have my share of success, working for banks, multinational companies and advertising agencies, dealing with corporate clients and television advertising.

However, despite having great success in all the jobs I had, they always felt like a job.

I am very grateful to be able to choose what I want to do. Nutrition, health and wellness, has been my passion and personal journey. I am currently a qualified in Diploma for Nutritionand health coaching in IINH and studying in Nutritional therapy in CNM - College of Naturopathic Medicine

Over the past few years, I have worked in advertising agencies, banks and a FMCG company. I have worked in BNP Paribas, and until very recently with Lyca Mobile. My work experience in agencies, banks, FMCGs and Restaurants has broadened my experience. The experience I got was very fulfilling that it inspired me to do more and help more people. I believe that through this job, I can learn a lot about customer enquiries,  preferences and health concerns, in the most efficient way

Having spent considerable time in a fast-moving consumer goods manufacturing company, I've witnessed firsthand the impact of unhealthy food choices on individuals' health. Through personal experience, I've grappled with the repercussions of poor dietary habits. Now, as a certified health coach and currently undergoing a nutritional therapy course at CNM, the College of Naturopathic Medicine, I possess a profound comprehension of the essence of health and the significance of nutritious food. My journey has instilled in me a fervent commitment to empowering others to make informed choices for their well-being, bridging the gap between food and optimal health.

With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the prestigious American University in Cairo, a top 500 League University, I honed my skills in communication and critical thinking. Transitioning to the field of nutrition and health, I pursued further education at the International Institute of Nutrition and Health (IINH), a globally recognized institution spanning 45 countries. Currently immersed in Nutropathic Therapy studies at the College of Nutropathic Medicine (CNM), I am dedicated to deepening my understanding of holistic wellness. Looking ahead, my aspirations include pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at the esteemed University of Birmingham, rounding out my qualifications and expertise in the realm of health sciences.
