Have benefitted from working effectively as part of multi-disciplinary teams both in the UK and overseas with the Princess Mary’s Royal Air Force Nursing Service and in partnership with NHS.

Presently employed as the Director of Clinical Operations for Ethos Care Group Ltd, currently in the process of constructing and commissioning a specialist neurological care service, awaiting registration by the CQC. A skilled communicator widely experienced in the management of both Military, NHS and civilian health care staff within various clinical settings, including Orthopaedics, General Surgery and a Community based multidisciplinary team. A driven and effective leader, committed to increasing personal and professional standards. Strives to ensure that clients’ needs are addressed and actioned to provide an increase in output and customer satisfaction.
