Faith Hussain

I studied History and Art History at the University of Nottingham. I’m a creative individual with a passion for art and musical/ artistic journalism, with experience directing in the production, artisitc appearance and features of a music magazine for my university. I like to stretch myself to full of my potential and challenge my limits within day-to-day situations or the workplace; I am a highly ambitious person who is versatile and diligent when meeting deadlines. I am confident and good at socializing with all ages and always take great pride in representing any employer.

From waitressing to retail assistance, my experience has instilled a deep appreciation for customer service. As a front of House Waitress at Milsoms, I ensured smooth restaurant operations and delivered high quality service under pressure, anticipating customer needs. Working at COES allowed me to excel in my customer service skills as well as processing online orders. My adaptability and multitasking skills ensured efficient business operations and team collaboration. Volunteering at the Golden Egg Oriental, I handled customer enquiries and demonstrated my ability to thrive in face paced environments. I am eager to bring my customer service expertise and adaptability into further empolyment.

Studied at the Univerisity of Nottingham BA History and Art History. Studying such essay dense subjects has provided me with a framework for managing my time effectively and having an open minded analytical perspective. I want to harness the skills I've learned in an academic setting to the workplace.
