Experience
KEY PROFESSIONAL SKILL SET
- Proficient in Waterfall, Agile, and Lean methodologies including Prince2, Agile, and Lean 6 Sigma Yellow Belt.
- Proven track record in risk management and advanced compliance competencies.
- Experienced in developing and executing growth strategies, building customer-focused approaches, and managing stakeholders and contractors.
- IT literate- skilled in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Project. Utilized in-house CRM for customer query resolution, enhancing customer experiences.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
- Managing projects from start to finish at Lancashire Constabulary.
- Working on several projects at once - on average 5-6 concurrently.
- Visiting customer sites and Operational sites.
- Financial management – Managing budget with tracking, monitoring by use of creating excel spreadsheets.
- Work closely with the Internal and external departments.
- Providing technical support to clients.
- Reviewing and compiling all bids and enquiry documentation and agreeing customer specifications to obtain detailed equipment quotation and costs for refurbishments.
- Negotiating contracts with clients, supporting, and providing relevant information at non-technical level to make decisions.
- Manage on site installations when contractors are close to completion, then assisting in commissioning and handover.
- Project management experience - Full Lifecycle – Lancashire Constabulary, Work Packages and streams – Royal Mail
- Previous roles involved working with medium to high-speed production environment -plastic injection moulding machinery for automotive industry.
- Packaging and Manufacturing experience gained in early career stages.
- I have the ability to work independently and take on full project responsibility, whilst also performing within a closely-knit team.
