I am an approachable hard working being who has been told is incredibly patience, observant and is calm even when under pressure at busy times. When I do something whether it's a job or a hobby I put my all in to it I have had quite alot of retail and customer service experience and love working with a team but I also exceed when working by myself whether its admin or front of house no matter the role I am always confident and use my initiative confidence and reassurance is key especially when working with your customers no matter the industry and that's what I have to offer I build not only customer interactions but I make sure they know they can come back and we are happy to be at their service
Experience
I have worked mostly doing customer service, I have worked at call centres for banks, campaigns, many different brands even the NHS. I have also done face to face customer service I have been a receptionist, concierge, front of house, customer sales advisor and many more.
Education
I have studied health and social care in college, I intend on keeping a stable job until I can afford to back to my studies and hopefully go to university
