Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver health and rehabilitation services to cervical/neck pain, back pain, frozen shoulder, knee osteoarthritis, ankle sprain, sciatica, tennis & golfer elbow, ACL reconstruction rehabilitation, post-operative rehabilitation, post-stroke paralysis, post-operative spinal cord injury 
• Assessment

1. Subjective: history taking
2. Objective: Pain, Swelling, ROM, Muscle strength, Red Flags, Posture, Balance, Voluntary movement-ROM, Strength, Coordination, Involuntary movement- Tremor, Clonus, Tone, Reflexes, Sensation, Functional activity and Gait
3. Outcome measures: Gonio ROM, VAS,NPRS, Oxford Muscle Grading, PASS, Fugl-mayer Scale, Modified AshworthScale, 6MWT, Brunnstrom Sensory Testing

• Interventions: ROM exercises, Mobilization techniques-mulligan, Mckengi, Stretching and strengthening exercise, Spinal stabilization exercise, Guarded weight bearing and Postural correction, MET, Bobath, PNF, Gait Training, Modified CIMT, Brunnstrom approaches

Other Responsibilities:

• Evaluate treatment outcomes and make adjustments. 
• Train and develop team members.
• Enhance administrative systems and procedures.
• Documentation and report submission of assigned cases
• Collaboration with the Rehab team
• Capacity building and care giver training for stuffs and parents.
