About Federico D'Accinni:
I am a highly organised, enthusiastic individual with a keen passion for the arts and the creative industries.
I have a large background of arts-related experiences -- spanning from curation to data analysis & admin work, from hospitality to event-planning -- and a well-rounded understanding of how arts administration and customer service operate in their various aspects.
I have a very solid experience in audience engagement, as well as a strong interest in film exhibition/distribution and an excellent working knowledge of the European independent cinema sector.
All my roles so far have seen me directly in touch with active figures from the creative sector itself -- gaining experience both in-office and customer-facing -- and have increased my ability to interact confidently and efficiently with a number of various professionals: film distributors, producers, press representatives, as well as audience members.
At the same time, each one of these jobs has provided me with the crucial ability of working to tight deadlines and around multiple projects.
I have regularly refined my IT & copywriting skills and I have become a confident Microsoft Office user; in particular, I have an excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook as well as great experience in using data-oriented softwares such as Metabase and FileMaker Pro.
At the same time, I have a solid working knowledge of using Content Management Systems such as Salesforce and Artifax Event, and at at generating reports while analysing numbers. I have an excellent and clear manner in communicating both via phone and email as well as plenty of experience in working outside of contracted hours if necessary.
I value patience and attention to detail as some of my key strengths and I always strive to deliver the best results within the shortest amount of time.
