Events Planning Executive

Ensuring compliance with supplier's health and safety obligations (PLI, PAT, Risk Assessments). Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems(Delphi, R&I, ONQ). Managing extensive groups rooming lists, creating reservations, group resume, detailed billing instructions and handling all group special requirements.
