Francine Smith

Senior Global Mobility Consultant with broad cross-sector expertise in employee benefits, payroll, pensions and generalist HR. Specialisms in: global compensation, management of expatriate tax, shadow payrolls, social security, policy writing and review, benchmarking reporting and end-to-end international mobility to include business travellers, remote and posted workers. 

Francine Smith has worked in a variety of in-house roles. Whilst at the Body Shop she was a Reward & Benefits Advisor developing and implementing company health & well-being initiatives. At LVMH she was responsible for pensions and UK benefits within the LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics division which included Christian Dior, Guerlain and Acqua di Parma. Most recently, Francine moved into a Global Mobility Advisor role at Edwards Ltd where she was responsible for delivery of mobility services including global expatriate tax, social security, UK modified payroll and a business expert for the Business Traveller tool and Posted Workers’ Directive.
