My experience with T21 Services aligns well as I bring to you an over 3 years experience in RTT validation and pathway Coordination, where I have in-depth competent in the use of PAS systems such as CareFlow, Lorenzo, Cerner millennium, Epic known as HIVE system, CRIS, CWP, clinical system including EPR, Medway, G2, rise and QlikView, MS office tools- power point, excel, word, outlook etc to manage patient waiting list, validating patient records and data, create patient pathway, book patient appointments, ADHOC merging of patient pathways, creating patient appointment scenarios etc.

Data source: I take responsibility to make sure that I work with the correct information or data I obtained by ensuring that the source of any information or data given is clear and must contain all necessary expected information or data required.
Data default: I make sure that the demographic data of patients is accurately received and recorded in line with the NHS data quality rules and data protection that I maintain confidentiality of any personal information committed to my knowledge.
Data validity: I make sure that the information or data received and recorded satisfy NHS standards and policy that regulates the permitted dataset.
Data timelines: As every hospital appointment or episodes has a date, I make sure that every information I received is dated accordingly with the accurate timeline of date it happened.
Data integrity: I carefully consider any challenges to the accuracy of the information and then consider whether it is necessary to update the information.
I also have basic knowledge of NHS core values that I maintain confidentiality of any personal information committed to my knowledge in line with the companies policies and procedures. I collaborate with different units to gather information for coordinating and effective job delivery in accordance with NHS values as I have the ability to work with little or no supervision even under pressure and in a fast-paced pace environment either as an independent worker or in a team.

RTT VALIDATOR/PATHWAY COORDINATOR

FROM: January 2021  TO: January 2024

Validated the weekly and monthly reports within agreed timescales while auditing the data quality of the trust PTL and waiting lists in line with the access policy and RTT rules, then guide services in regular routine validation of waiting lists to ensure it's accuracy all times.
In conjunction with the outpatient and secretarial manager, monitored the PTLs to maintain accurate waiting times throughout the patient pathway and communicate back to divisional management team where management action is required to resolve pathway issues.
Used electronic patient notes and updated multiple clinical information system databases to obtain accurate data information while tracking and validating patient pathways.
Present and interpret highly complex patient safety incident information for all the hospital sites in a clear and concise way, and assisting with analysis of the data.
Upheld the Trust core values in the course of discharging my duties.
Liaise with relevant clinical teams all the service leads, medical secretaries and performance managers to obtain information needed to appropriately validate pathways in accordance to 18 week RTT clock rules to ensure the quality of validation is consistent with clinical practice.
Engage in collaborative problem solving with colleagues and other RTT teams at external Trusts to share expertise RTT knowledge.
Daily management of Risk and Compliance System (Datix) including updating the system where required.
Ensured that staff have access to appropriate training packages and are supported in their use of Datix, providing training where needed.
Responsible for the escalation of any potential breaches to the appropriate operation manager to ensure that these are fast tracked through the system.
Used the appropriate Trust systems in place to capture and record accurate PTL data while undertaking routine data quality checks, analysing and resolving any data quality issues.
Raise awareness, and work with trust training colleagues to transfer appropriate knowledge and training of elective care systems, processes and standards across the organisation.
Deputising for the team leader as required, and provide updates and reports to RTT manager on performance issues within the specialties and ensure escalations are undertaken in a timely manner.
Provide update reports to operational managers on validation findings to support best practice in recording RTT status and managing patient pathways.

RTT Validation Skills:
Ability to summarise clinic letters and interpret the RTT status codes from (10) to (98) while Validating patient pathways.
In depth knowledge of NHS access policy including the 18-week RTT pathway.
Ability to create pathways.
Ability to merge pathways using ADHOC.
Ability to prioritise workloads with attention to details.
Ability to validate pathways accurately and on time, meeting targets.
Competent in the use of Clinical System like HIVE, Lorenzo, Cerner Millennium, Medway, EPR, G2, Rise, CRIS, QlikView etc.
Ability to use Microsoft Office tools like power point, Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook etc to enumerate data.
Basic knowledge of NHS core values, policies and codes of practice in relation to data protection and confidentiality.
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people using various forms of communication and overcoming barriers to understanding.

I have B.Sc. Degree in Psychology.
