About Frederica Lamptey:

I have been fortunate enough to gain work experience from

different working sectors and each teaching me something new. Having worked in finance and admin has taught me discipline and time management as I had to comply to strict deadlines. I also have experience working in schools both with the kids playing and working directly with them and behind the scenes in administration and reception. I have also worked in customer services which has thought me to be sensitive to people’s feelings and helped me develop good listening skills. My current role allows me to meet and speak to new people every day and makes it easy for me to cope in a fast-paced environment
