  • Investigate issues, draw RCA to solve problems. 
  • Manage 32 operatives and 4 team leaders across 2 departments.
  • Report to stakeholders utilizing Prince2 products. 
  • Integrated new WMS to Goods In team
  • Implemented changes and new processes across the board. 

 

  • Wrote the energy conservation business case for the main site. 
  • Delivered service level improvement project and reduced errors from 5% to 0.7% in 4 months. 
  • Brought process changes to the goods-in team to ameliorate the compliance to 98%. 
  • Develop training and assessment matrix for 3 different roles. 
  • Analyse, compile, compare datas to report to supply chain and production 
  • Support sustainability manager on waste management project.
