From August 2022 to present, I've been working as a Junior Developer at Chorus in Portishead, Bristol. In this role, I've been actively involved in implementing client solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, executing data migration using SCRIBE and SSIS, and developing solutions with .Net, C#, and TypeScript. Additionally, I've collaborated with CRM architects, integrated custom UI components, conducted demonstrations, and participated in peer reviews, contributing to the team's success by identifying and resolving bugs.

From April 2022 to August 2022, I served as an External Identities Support Consultant at Kocho in Waverly House, London. In this capacity, I provided operational support for various Microsoft-based solutions and applications. My role included offering expert advice, advocating for clients to senior management, and assisting with complex decision-making processes to meet clients' needs.

Prior to that, from March 2020 to April 2022, I worked as an IoT Application Support Consultant at Wessex Water in Calverton Down, Bath. Here, I automated tasks using Python to enhance efficiency, collaborated with a team of IoT Support Consultants, delivered top-quality technical support to clients, and assisted project managers with technical support and issue resolution using Ovarro's Scope Scada Telemetry software.

I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of West England from 2014 to 2018, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
