Production and Business Operations Manager:
Structured a team through introduction of job roles/responsibilities, organizing daily tasks through the Asana business management system. Worked closely with Head of Sales to project future orders/production needs and forecasted tasks and stock requirement in accordance with this, ensuring continued stock availability and a productive schedule of work. Supported the Director with visa applications, landlord arrangements and ad-hoc business processes and requirements.
Analysis of stock usage rates and supplier options to reduce expenditure – a lead contact for supplier negotiations. Management of stock-chain inventory through the use of Katana MRP.
