Experience

Production and Business Operations Manager: 

Structured a team through introduction of job roles/responsibilities, organizing daily tasks through the Asana business management system. Worked closely with Head of Sales to project future orders/production needs and forecasted tasks and stock requirement in accordance with this, ensuring continued stock availability and a productive schedule of work. Supported the Director with visa applications, landlord arrangements and ad-hoc business processes and requirements. 

Analysis of stock usage rates and supplier options to reduce expenditure – a lead contact for supplier negotiations. Management of stock-chain inventory through the use of Katana MRP.   

Building on team skill set through performance monitoring and reviews, introducing training sessions, 121 meetings, appraisals and competence matrixes. Enhancing quality assurance through introduction of stock and final product QC checking. Risk/issue gap analysis through competence matrix genereation, assessment and reduction in areas of Health and Safety and HR.   

 

Associate Director of Operations & PA to CEO:  

Led Brexit transition for European/global dispatch and budgeting/purchasing negotiations. Implemented efficient systems to enhance company’s productivity. Managed all aspects of product research/development and oversaw product launches, facilitating operational and regulatory/safety clinical/claim testing and packaging innovation. Spearheaded internal/external supply chain process and executed/audited GMP standards. 

Provided extensive and reliable support as a PA to the CEO within a professional and personal capacity. Organising meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes. Assisting with Share Holder discussions and generating Share Certificates. Arranging all personal and business travel arrangements - supporting event organisation/trade show bookings/product launch parties. Provided diary and email management for both CEO and COO. Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to travel – attended events within the UK and internationally.
