In my current role as a Project Manager at Metzger Limited, I have been responsible for overseeing end-to-end implementation of enterprise transformational projects. Through effective planning, quality assurance, communication, vendor relationship management, and risk management, I have consistently delivered projects within scope, budget, and quality standards. One notable achievement was managing consultancy engagements for the Nigerian Ports Authority, including Organizational Design, Training Policy Development, and Training Facilitation. These experiences have honed my skills in stakeholder collaboration, project governance, project success definition, Risk management, and tracking progress through key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
During my tenure as a Junior Project Manager at Metzger Limited, I further strengthened my project management expertise. I successfully streamlined project schedules, tracked milestones and deliverables, and resolved risks and issues to ensure maximum output. I also played a key role in driving change management initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and supporting new ideas to drive operational efficiencies and enhance customer experience.
