George Dickson

I am a highly experienced EA/PA and have spent significant time working at C Level, for one of the UK's leading advertising agencies, BBH. During my five years at the company, I supported some of the agency's most senior members of staff including the CEO, COO, CFO and Chairman, as well as looking after senior creatives and running the reception team. The highest level of support was required alongside impeccable interpersonal skills, the ability to cultivate relationships with global partners and employees and handle highly sensitive and confidential information.

Following BBH I went on to support the MD's of Plum Pictures, an award winning factual entertainment production company. My role here was incredibly varied and hands-on across the whole company. Notable examples of my diverse responsibilities include supporting the MD's, Development and Production teams; managing the office and organising company events; and cultivating strong relationships with talent, agents and commissioners. 

For the past few years I have been working as an Assistant Producer within TV on a number of productions. While these roles have been creative, like an EA position they also required the highest level of organisation, communication and the ability to think on your feet in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. 

I have a MA in Acting and a BA in Arts Management and Performing Arts
