  • Running and maintaining the company’s intranet for the EMEA region, including writing and posting stories on company successes, new appointments, promoting initiatives and working closely with employee engagement.

  • Running and maintaining social media outlets, namely Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. This involved the composition, formatting and release of content in order to grow the company’s online profile.
  • Collaborating with members of the global offices to design, brand, and release media content across global markets.
  • Uploading articles in a range of global languages to the European, North American, Asian and African newsrooms. This required working with various texts and languages to ensure they were appropriately formatted and accessible to their target audience.
  • Assisting higher executive employees of the company with the completion of personal projects and reports.
  • The main project I worked on was helping prepare for the expansion of the European newsroom. When I started, there was only an English option for reading news stories. My input saw the expansion of the newsroom through uploading a backlog of relevant stories in Italian, Spanish, French and German on behalf of all 12 brands.
