Responsible for assisting with the planning, management and implementation of a structured but challenging recruit stage three rehabilitation physical development programme in order to prepare injured Army Recruits for return to Phase 1 training.

• Delivery of low impact, low intensity, weight management physical training lessons both indoors and outdoors and report findings to the Senior Rehabilitation Training Instructors in order to instigate changes to the programme delivery in order to effectively return Army recruits to back into the training pipeline.
• Contributed towards achieving a high recruit rehabilitation output standard in order meet the mandated requirement as per the Defence Medical Services rehabilitation pathway.
• Manage the daily instructor briefings and risk assesments for the low impact physical training lessons.
