Engagement and Educational Peer Worker 
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde [ 06/2023 – Current ] 
This role was created with individuals from communities who could benefit from assistance and support in accessing Health Services in mind. Responsibilities include:
1. Building supportive and respectful relationships with individuals and community groups.
2. Supporting and educating communities on topics using knowledge gained from ongoing training, taking the human-rights approach.
3. Providing information and promoting specific NHSGGC health services.
4. Discussing the impact of, and providing assistance to mitigate poverty and maximise income.
5. Gathering feedback which will be used to improve services.
6. Contributing to the development of the peer worker programme and role within NHSGGC.
