About Georgina Bonis:
My name is Gina and I have 17 years experience in various administrative, supporting roles, predominantly in the financial services industry and more recently in the private medical sector. My experience is quite varied, from Team Assistant on an International trading floor, to Executive Assistant to CEOs, Directors and Board Members. Since moving from London to Bracknell 6 years ago, I have worked from home for 5 years as the sole employee of a private London-based paediatrician, supporting him 1-on-1 and managing all aspects of his private practice. I am currently employed at a medical practice local to home which I am really enjoying but ultimately I am keen to return to a C-Suite corporate role.
Experience
My last role that is comparable to the role I now seek, was at Allianz Capital Partners in London. During my 10 years with Allianz, I held several assistant roles, culminating as Executive Assistant to the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Infrastructure based in London. Additionally I supported the Senior Advisor for gas investments who had a wealth of experience and international contacts in this field, including government officials. My role was all-encompassing, supporting colleagues as they themselves progressed in their own careers, acquiring assets and joining Boards. I became competent building relationships at all levels across the business as well as with external and international contacts. I provided assistance for every detail needed, professionally and personally; managing their diaries and mailboxes, scheduling meetings and planning extensive international travel requirements.
When my two children were small we moved from London to Bracknell and since then I have undertaken jobs that best suited my family commitments. I have also completed various distance learning courses in this time and additionally I type for DICT8, medical transcribing company, from home on a daily basis which I hugely enjoy. I am currently employed at a medical practice local to home, in an administrative role that encompasses HR, finance, forecast and reporting tasks for the Practice Manager and GP Partners.
I have a thorough understanding of confidentiality, discretion and the correct handling of sensitive information and adherence to policies. I am accustomed to environments where multi-tasking and effective time management is key. I am dedicated, proactive and adaptable with a keen eye for the details and I am extremely proficient using Microsoft Suite and have experience with many software systems such as SAP, Concur, Freeagent, Xero, Meddbase, Emis. I am a positive, outgoing and approachable person, with good interpersonal skills and command of Spanish and German.
