Progressed from an initial Assistant Client Manager role to my now Senior Client Manager role.
Manage relationships with ultra high net worth clients including individuals of public profile, wealthy families, and large, high-maintenance estates requiring a tailored, proactive service.
Provide consultancy & expert advice on insurance and risk management to help clients protect their assets and mitigate exposure.
Negotiate renewal terms with underwriters.
Advise clients on household insurance, estate portfolios, fine art collections, motor fleets, property owner portfolios, contract works and various liability covers.
Authorised cover holder for a high net worth household binder product. Responsible for signing off quotations, renewal terms and mid-term adjustments as well as applying underwriting advice/feedback to clients and the capacity provider.
Personally write and tailor renewal invites for each client to ensure relevant coverage, clarity and a personal touch is provided.
Issuing client presentations (new business/renewals/MTA’s) manually, including preparing Risk Register/Summaries of Cover where applicable.
Participate in the hiring process of new employees, contributing to team growth and development.
Responsible for managing a team of client managers and overseeing the quality of service provided.
Maintain exceptional client service standards by managing large-scale cover changes efficiently and with care.
