HR CONSULTING SPECIALIST, BT - Following MSI bankruptcy closure, hired by BT to maintain Mobility Programme and assist with reshaping of new Programme and Teams – London – March 2025 to Present
Headed an RFP (Request For Pricing) in collaboration with Procurement to select BT’s new relocation partner. Use of Globality Procurement assessment tool, attending suppliers’ presentation and completing supplier ranking exercise.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Global Mobility, training international cross functional team to ensure the smooth running of operation, costs control, and constant process improvements.
Provide ongoing support to team members with challenging situations and remodelling of the Mobility Programme.
Assist with Providers Impact Assessment (PIA) on compliance governance platform (Compass).
Responsible for policy, mobility alternatives for executives, management of costs estimates and exceptions to policy, process improvements, costs containment, reporting and technology.
Collaborate with Executive Director of BT employment tax for quick move assessments, projects, governance, compliance controls and facilitating tax payments to local authorities.

2002-2004 MA in Tourism Resource Management at the University of Northumbria, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne
1999-2002 BA in Business Administration at Northumbria University, Newcastle upon Tyne
