I am a human resources manager with a specialization in the psychology of selection processes and candidate assessment. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience working in recruitment agencies and serving as a HR manager in three different companies.

My focus and passion lie in understanding the psychological aspects of the hiring process and ensuring that the best candidates are selected for each position. I believe that assessing a candidate goes beyond their qualifications and skills; it involves delving into their motivations, values, and personality traits to ensure a cultural fit with the organization.
