  • The role involved key working clients with mental health conditions, risk assessments, liaising (with MDT, substance misuse advisor and care teams liaising), administrative tasks, daily notes and monthly summaries, incident reports, medication supervision, support plans, recovery stars, health and safety checks, 1 on 1 support and acting as service lead in health and safety.

  • The role involved checking visitors into the prison (e.g., fingerprinting ID checking), supporting visitors and pact team, organisation and running refreshments within the prison during visitation.
