I am a reliable, consistent, and hardworking individual. I am driven, focused, always strive to achieve my goals and welcome challenges. I am person that embraceschange and always see it as an opportunity for growth. I am a strong team player also with the ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills when required. I have an active personal life and like to keep busy. Thereis a creative aspect to my personality which enables me to be innovative and think outside the box.

I have been a loyal employee of LV for 12 years and have worked my way up in variety areas within the Customer Experience side of the business, both in admin/processing and a call centre environment.

 Throughout my career I have been involved in many projects, product designs, risk mitigations and process mapping/improvements. I am currently in a Team leader role with 12 direct reports which requires excellent organisational, delegation and time management skills. I am very passionate about doing my job well and performing to my best ability in to meet company needs. 

I find challenges highly motivating and am currently in the exciting position to seek out a new opportunity.

I am looking for new challenge working either in the financial sector or in a different industry , I am a keen learner and would be grateful to be considered open positions that match my skill set.
