i have a solid background (16years solo training) and a huge passion for sport. i worked for the gym group as a PT and class fitness instructor as well as a freelancer for family and friends.. i have good undertstanding and knowledge about delivering enthusiastic and exciting classes( HIIT, legs bums tums, abs blast, bodyweight burns, cirtcuits,flexibility and mobility routines many more) to welcome anyone with different levels of fitness making them feel at ease, and creating an ideal work environment where i built report,
