I am an early retired teacher from Hong Kong. Since I have always been serving as a cake maker off my full time job, and that now I am settling in a new country, I would like to get in this industry full time. 

Besides 20 years of experience in desserts making, I am good at all kinds of handcraft, selling all kinds of greeting cards and personalized gifts.
