Grace Carter

After gaining my degree in woven fashion design at Winchester School of Art University, I took a years break to travel the world before settling down within the design industry. I started my journey as a junior designer creating mens accessories for high street brands such as ASOS, Topman, and Debenhams. This lead me on to a new challenge within Warner Bros. working as a visual merchandiser for the Harry Potter shops. When the pandemic hit and the stores temporarily closed, my job evolved to being a UX designer for the Official Harry Potter website. This meant taking charge and the organising of product photography, aswell as creating a consistent magical look and feel throughout the website. I wanted to expand my skill set and decided it was time for a new challenge. I am now a graphic designer for 25/8 Marketing Group where I design for a range of clients and most recently taking up position as head of branding. My main technical skills are within Adobe CC, being able to design within Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. I love being able to get creative with a project and seeing it evolve from start to finish.
