I am a Project Coordinator with bases in Manchester, Leeds and Rossendale (Lancashire). My background is working as a freelance Floor / Assistant Floor Manager and I am now undertaking more work in the events sector.

- Project planning, scheduling and resource allocation - ensuring proper allocation of team members/ equipment and materials.
- Maintaining professional communication with both stakeholders, clients and contractors. I serve as a central point of contact and facilitate communication between the various working groups.
- Monitoring progress and identifying potential risks to timelines, I also implement action lists to ensure we are kept on track.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes. Also, ensuring all documentation is filed correctly into the Google Drive and follows a strict structure.
- Coordination of various teams whilst on site, engaging contractors and supporting the senior leadership team.
- Raising PO’s and assisting with tracking of the budget.

- Oversaw a large-scale team in a live television studio, serving as the eyes and ears of the director in the gallery.
- Maintained a high level of health and safety during rehearsals and transmissions, ensuring a smooth production flow.
- Calmly relayed vital information to presenters and guests in a high-pressure environment, facilitating effective communication between the production team, director, and producer to uphold schedules.
- Collaborated with the director, scriptwriter, and camera supervisor to ensure seamless recording of content for episode development in an ‘as-live’ recorded format.

- Supported the Floor Manager in both live and 'as live' studio settings, ensuring presenters and guests were briefed and punctual to ensure operations ran smoothly.
- Coordinated with the production team and Floor manager on guest arrivals, to uphold schedules.
- Supported the Floor Manager and production team in health and safety requirements.

- Assisted the Floor Manager in managing contributors and athletes with varying levels of disability, ensuring their needs were met.
