Regatta Application:

I am very keen to be considered for the part time post advertised.  I had a chat with a couple of people in the store a few days ago and the role sounds ideal for me.

I am re-adjusting my life having suffered (and fully recovered from) a subdural hematoma - it makes one consider what's important.

My early career featured 10 years in retail, the majority at management level.  However, latterly I have spent many hours up and down motorways and stuck in traffic in pursuit of (and achieving) success in B2B sales/account management roles - enough is enough!!!

Time to, with the support of my wife, re-evaluate!  I am volunteering at Buxton Opera House and am actively seeking a part time role back in my formative passion, retail!

I've lived in Buxton for almost eight years now and have always been enchanted by the outdoors opportunities that the Peak District offers, especially as it feeds my passion for landscape photography, so this seems like too good an opportunity to miss.

And, firmly believing that actions speak louder than words, I would be very happy to complete a 'trial shift'!
