Motivated hospitality worker with two years of experience in front-of-house roles, bartending, and coffee service. As a Front of House Team Member at Zafiros in Truro since September 2022, I have provided attentive service by delivering meals and beverages while maintaining high presentation standards and adhering to health and safety regulations. Previously, at The Rasheligh in St Austell from April to August 2023, I maintained cleanliness and organization of guest tables, communicated dining orders to the kitchen, verified customer IDs for alcohol service, and resolved guest complaints professionally. I also collaborated with staff to ensure smooth operations, handled reservations, and accurately processed payments, all while minimizing customer wait times.

I completed my GCSEs at Richard Lander School in Truro from September 2017 to July 2022, achieving qualifications in History, Drama, Religious Education, Health & Social Care, Maths, English, and Science. Currently, I have recently completed A Levels in Film Studies and Sociology at Truro College beginning September 2022.
