• Remapped Layout of DC for efficient process flow, increasing pick productivity by 25% by reducing marshalling time.
• Introduced a training plan to up skill operators and release management to manager at correct level, reducing customer service complaints by 33% due to training and process management.

Key Responsibilities;

• Accountability for overall productivity in the operation, ensuring efficiently and effectively with direct responsibility for full end to end activities in the operation.
• Ensure a high level of HSE performance is achieved and that the site operates in line with all company and customer procedures and requirements relating to H&S.
• Drive and maintain a high-performance culture across the site through motivating and guiding the leadership team to deliver operational excellence and continuously meet performance and productivity targets on a day-to-day basis.
• Lead, develop and inspire direct reports to ensure that the team is performance focussed and engaged, so that business goals can be achieved whilst maximising individual’s potential.
• Ensuring effective communication throughout the operational leadership team; communicating planned requirements providing information on performance.
